Ashanti Capital is pleased to have acted as Joint Lead Manager to raise A$11.5m for Technology Metals Australia (ASX: TMT).

Resource Capital Funds VII L.P, a cornerstone investor in TMT, has demonstrated its continued support with an investment of A$2.75m, increasing its holding to ~18%.

Placement proceeds will be used to accelerate the development of the Murchison Technology Metals Project, and progress financing and customer engagement discussions.
