ARCH Emerging Markets Partners Limited provided a cornerstone investment to maintain their ~25% pro-rata interest in the Company.

Placement proceeds will be used to fund EV1 through to Final Investment Decision and advance their strategy to become a vertically integrated supplier of sustainable graphite products.
